An internal adjustable baffle lets you fine-tune airflow and heat distribution, helping eliminate hot spots and protecting meat from excessive direct heat for more even cooking across the entire chamber.
Two American-made Tel-Tru temperature gauges deliver accurate chamber monitoring, letting you track temperatures across the cooking surface with confidence on every cook.
Every major component is precision CNC plasma cut for clean lines, tight fitment, and a level of consistency not found in typical hand-laid-out smokers. The custom AK Originals logo is integrated directly into the cook chamber door.
A full-width expanded metal shelf folds up and down for convenience, giving you working space exactly when you need it and a clean profile when you don’t.
